Walt Minnick today on Fox News said "Well, I have been a congressman only a little while, but I have been a businessman all my life and if you are going to attack a problem with other peoples money or borrowed money you had better do it in a focused and cost effective way. This Bill was neither. We were throwing money at a problem and not only didn't we have time to read the detail in the Bill, but a good bit of this money won't even be spent in the next year and a half to create jobs and thats not an effective way to legislate."  and " This Bill fails the test of spending money just on jobs creation and just in the next year or two when we need to get the economy going and its unaffordable, its simply too much money."
